About PCRMS - Don't Hate, Mediate!

Dr. Millicent Carvalho-Grevious founded PCRMS in 2000 to address the interconnection between diversity and conflict management. PCRMS has developed a successful approach to conflict resolution, which utilizes several different approaches as opposed to a boilerplate (one-size-fits-all) approach, thus saving incaluable amounts of money, time and goodwill.
